Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mother Cutter Design! Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.


📦 Processing & Production Time

All orders are made-to-order. We print and ship your items 3-5 days of receiving your completed order.

Please ensure all artwork, sizing, and shipping information is correct before checking out. Once submitted, your order cannot be changed or canceled due to our fast turnaround.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer shipping and local pickup both.

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Most packages are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and tracking numbers are provided once your order is on the way.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Please note: These timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Mother Cutter Design.


📍 Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited services.

  • Mother Cutter Design is not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses.


📬 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, we are no longer in control of its delivery. If your package is lost, delayed, or marked delivered but not received:

  • First, check with your neighbors and local post office or carrier hub.

  • Then, email us at mothercutterdesign@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll help as best we can.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to carrier issues

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout


💥 Order Issues or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to a production error, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review and, if eligible, provide a reprint or credit.
